About Rainbow Divers
Rainbow Divers Viet Nam first opened its door for recreational divers in 1996. In the early years Viet Nam had NO diving industry and the sight of people diving and donning SCUBA gear was a curiosity thought to be temporary. Little did the country realise its potential for a whole new tourist industry and a new gateway to the Charm of Asia.
This outfit is synonymous with professional training and high diving standards and have been around the traps here for a long time.
For those of you who have always dreamed of seeing the Aquatic world or maybe done a try dive or two on holiday. Maybe its time for the first step towards becoming certified. If you’re nervous, unsure or apprehensive or if you’re committed and resolute: Rainbow and PADI have the answer.
All entry level courses use the same methodology of softly, softly. We will first introduce you to some basic theoretical principles to keep you safe and confident. Then we will merge in-water training in a shallow swimming pool to build your understanding and intuition.
Once mastering the required skills we will begin the process again in the Ocean environment where all your hard work will come to pass.
Our Rainbow Centre offers a full range of PADI courses and daily dive trips. The South Island is considered one of Vietnams best dive sites. One of the few places around the coastline where you can see bamboo sharks and as always a wide array of macro life. Off the far South West coast of Vietnam. A Vietnamese Island in the Gulf of Thailand, off the Cambodian border. This small, underdeveloped Island hosts a buffet of beachside resorts.
